Minimum Commitment: 3 Hours per month.
Contract Term: Fixed 6-Month commercial agreement.
Hour 1 to 4: Billed at our standard business baseline rate. Hour 5 to 10: Automatically drops to a flat corporate rate of R99 per hour
Monthly Cap: A maximum allowance of 10 hours per calendar month, pooled and shared across all authorized company users.
On-Site Escalation: Critical physical infrastructure or hardware support requirements are billed separately at R250 inc. VAT per physical callout
Your block hours cover all standard household technical frustrations, including but not limited to:
Internet & Wi-Fi Triage: Troubleshooting dropouts, signal range, and slow speeds.
Contract Term: Fixed 6-Month commercial agreement.
Smart Device & Printer Setup: Getting wireless printers, tablets, and media boxes connected.
Connectivity / Networking: Troubleshooting VPN connections, DNS issues, and local network sharing faults.
PC Cleanups & Speed Optimization: Clearing temporary files and blocking resource-heavy startup apps.
